Sales

From customer details to what is still owed

Create invoices and credit notes (documents that correct an invoice). The customer details, the amounts and whether you have been paid stay together.

01

Customer details kept ready

Save each customer’s payment terms, addresses and tax registration number in their record. They are ready for every document you issue.

02

Invoices with the details your VAT return needs

Every invoice records the emirate where the sale takes place. It also records whether you sold to a business or to a consumer. Both affect your VAT return. Invoice numbers run in order for each year, and you cannot edit them.

03

Other currencies, with dirhams beside them

Price the invoice lines in the currency you agreed with the customer. Kept keeps your books in dirhams, using the exchange rate recorded on the invoice. The invoice shows both sets of figures.

04

Corrections and unpaid amounts stay linked

A credit note always points to the invoice it corrects. It takes that invoice’s customer and currency. For every invoice, you can see what was still unpaid on any date you choose. You can also group what customers still owe you by how long it has been unpaid.

Stop typing in receipts. Start checking them.

Kept is launching soon in the UAE. Leave your name and email and we will write to you before it opens.

We use your email only to write to you about Kept.
