Who we are

Kept is accounting software for businesses in the UAE, operated by Axentra Portal L.L.C. S.O.C, United Arab Emirates. These terms cover this website and Kept plans bought through it. Questions go to hello@getkept.ae.

What Kept is

Kept is software. It is not a registered tax agent, it does not give tax or legal advice, and it does not file returns for you. You remain responsible for the records you confirm and the returns you file.

Plans and prices

Kept has three plans, shown on the pricing page in dirhams and excluding VAT. You can pay monthly or yearly; a yearly plan costs ten months' price. Prices may change, and any change applies from your next billing period after we tell you.

Free trial

Your first subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. We ask for a card when you start. If you cancel before the trial ends, nothing is charged.

Payment and renewal

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in Kept under Settings, Billing, or by writing to hello@getkept.ae. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is then not renewed. You can export your books before and after cancelling.

Refunds

We do not refund the unused part of a monthly or yearly period after you cancel. If you were charged by mistake or charged twice, write to hello@getkept.ae within 30 days and we will refund that charge in full. This does not limit any right you have under UAE consumer law.

Using the website

You may use this website to learn about Kept and to contact us. You must not interfere with it, try to get unauthorised access or use it unlawfully. The Kept name, text and design belong to the operator.

Liability

We work to keep Kept available and its calculations correct, but the website and its examples are general information, not advice for your business. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
