Who we are

Kept is accounting software for businesses in the UAE. The website getkept.ae and the Kept service are operated by Axentra Portal L.L.C. S.O.C, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at hello@getkept.ae.

What we collect on this website

The sign-up and contact forms collect your name and email and, if you choose to give them, your company, what your business does and your message. We also record the language and the page you sent the form from. The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

We use these details to reply to you, to tell you when Kept opens and to understand which businesses are interested in Kept. We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

When you subscribe

When you take a plan, payments are processed by Stripe. Kept does not see or store your full card number. We keep the details needed for your subscription and invoices, such as your name, company, email and the plan you chose.

Who processes it for us

Form entries and account data are stored with Supabase. The website is served by Cloudflare. Payments are handled by Stripe. Each of them processes the data only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we are in contact with you and delete them on request. Subscription and invoice records are kept for as long as UAE law requires us to keep business records.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by writing to hello@getkept.ae.

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
