Recurring invoices

Repeat charges kept on track, never issued without you

Set up a retainer, rent, maintenance contract or licence fee with its customer, lines, how often it repeats and a start date. Kept keeps a list of what is due and prepares a draft invoice each time.

01

A person issues every invoice

Kept prepares the draft and stops there. Issuing it takes a number that can never be used again, locks in the customer details and records the invoice in your books. A wrong figure repeated every month is worse than one wrong figure once. So you check the draft and issue it yourself.

02

Nothing goes out while nobody is watching

The due list shows what is owed. You press the button to prepare the draft, and you decide when to issue it. Nothing is issued or sent while nobody is watching.

03

Dates that come back to the right day

A retainer that starts on 31 January falls on 31 January, 28 February and then 31 March again, not 28 March. Kept works out each date from the start date. It does not just add a month to the last date. A start on the 30th stays on the 30th whenever the month allows it.

04

A deliberate choice of schedules

Choose monthly, every two months, quarterly, every six months or yearly. Weekly and every-two-weeks schedules are not offered: two weeks is not a month.

Stop typing in receipts. Start checking them.
